We handle these and many other ice-maker problems. Different symptoms can have very different causes, so we inspect the appliance, explain what we find, and provide an estimate before completing an authorized repair.

Not Making Ice

No ice production, an empty bin, or a unit that stops producing ice unexpectedly.

02

Slow Ice Production

Long production times, low output, or an ice supply that cannot keep up with normal use.

03

Leaking Water

Water around the unit, inside the bin, or near the supply and connected components.

04

Poor-Quality Ice

Small, cloudy, misshapen, soft, or unusual-tasting ice that indicates an operating issue.

05

Unusual Noises

Buzzing, grinding, rattling, clicking, or other sounds outside normal operation.

06
